I am an undergraduate student studying Communication Healthcare at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. I have always been interested in sports and fitness, however my journey of falling in love with food is quite new. I played soccer for 6 years, ran track for 1 year, and played rugby for 4 years. This diverse range of sports has taught me a lot about being a team player, and that life doesn't always go as planned. But without sports, my passion for fitness and nutrition had been able to grow out of my own inspirations.

I decided to make this blog/recipe book for myself, but often times when I talk about cooking my friends ask me for the recipes. So I thought why not share this archive of my favorite breakfast, dessert, and meal prep foods! My tip for anyone reading is to always remember, eating good can mean eating healthy :) But honestly, this blog can serve anyone during any phase of their journey to health and wellness. For beginners it offers tips, tricks, and best practices. For intermediates, it serves as alternative methods of training, eating, and living. For those who are advanced, may they feel free to learn from this journey because it is unique to only me. However, any and all are welcome to contact me below regarding questions, concerns, comments, advice, or really anything! I am always open to trying/learning new things or meeting new people. My goal is to inspire people of all ages, incomes, backgrounds, etc. with the same positive outlook on life and

After building this site, I wondered if there were other ways that I could make a difference in the lives of my friends, family, peers, or even strangers. That is when I decided to expand this site to include videos and images of me doing my favorite workouts. These are supplemented with how I train certain muscle groups and showcase the reality of working out.... it isn't always pretty! I wanted to use this platform as a way to connect to people struggling to find a starting place, because there is no single way to meet everyone's needs or provide solutions to everyone's problems. Start anywhere!

After gaining attention from more and more users, I wanted to expand my voice. My mission has always been to give support to those in need, or provide answers to those who don't know what questions to ask. That's why I have developed this blog even further to generate awareness for organ donation. When my grandfather died of a massive heart attack at only 60 years old, he gave the gift of better quality life to people. Our family even received letters from one transplant recipient who he impacted. This man received the gift of sight with a corneal transplant, fully restoring his sight and letting him see his wife and kids again. He continued to write my grandmother for a year after the transplant to graciously thank her for her husband's selfless choice to be an organ donor.
