Meet Kathryn and Kendra, 23 year old identical twins from Sonoma County, California.

Strong, confident and free of restricted dieting, these sisters live to spread immense happiness and gained knowledge for others to experience as well.

However, just like most of you, their fitness journey started off rough. From doing hours of cardio, low carb diets and settling into prolonged physique plateaus, they had to undergo many trial and errors.

Kat and Ken played soccer for a majority of their lives. After sustaining various injuries between the two of them, they decided to hang up their cleats for good.

After falling in love with weight training and proper nutrition, they both became certified personal trainers who now have their own work-out/diet plans and fitness bands for purchase.

The girls are now sponsored by Gymshark and PEScience, and they attend fitness expos as influencers for the brands.

Suzie is a 25 year old who lives in Akron, OH. But she grew up in a town north of Pittsburgh, PA.

She thought people in the fitness industry grew up fitness junkies who played sports their whole life, but boy was she wrong.

She was always the "shy girl" in high school and college because of bullying and being "too thin."

She started her fitness journey in the summer of 2013. Although she was never overweight, she was not in good shape.

Her current Instagram was her old personal account that she has had since college. After making fitness a big priority in her life, she knew she wanted to share what she did and help anyone she could.

She started uploading Instagram videos, with no goal in my mind besides helping one person if she could. Somehow, her page started to grow into a platform to help thousands all over the world.

Sam James is a 22 year old from Maryland who grew up swimming  for sport.

Her genuine love of water and competitive personality contributed to her lengthy swim career which ended when she enrolled in college.

However, her love for fitness continued to develop as she began weightlifting and started following a vegan diet heavily focused on macronutrients.

She has received sponsorships from Gymshark and Women’s Best

Her Instagram page is filled with videos of her lifting, bikini selfies, and grocery hauls that look like a certified nutritionist had consulted. She is also a heavy YouTuber, documenting her struggles with body image issues and having confidence in the gym.

“I think my body and physique is relatable. I’ve gone through periods of extreme restriction and disordered eating, periods of binging and weight fluctuation and I’m trying to find peace with my body,”
