High Protein Cookie Dough Bites

That's right cookie dough!! You have got to check out this delicious and healthy treat!

Recipe makes 12 bites

"I've swapped out the flour, sugar and butter to make for a healthier cookie dough mixture but that indulgent, creamy texture is still there and they are delicious!"

Ingredients: 120g of whole almonds 80g of desiccated coconut 200g of organic smooth peanut butter 1 serving of vanilla whey protein 30g of raisins 30g of choc chips 1 tbsp of brown sugar 1 tbsp of high quality cocoa powder ___ Method: Blend almonds to make flour and repeat with desiccated coconut Add both flours to large mixing bowl. Then add whey protein and peanut butter. Mix together well Add the rest of the ingredients and mix in well Split 1/3 of the cookie dough from the mixture and leave in bowl, set the rest aside Mix in tbsp of cocoa powder to the 1/3 of cookie dough Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Spread and press down chocolate cookie dough in the dish Repeat with the remaining cookie dough. Drizzle a tsp of melted Nutella over the top and decorate with choc chips and raisins (optional) Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30mins Slice up and enjoy!
