High Protein Nutella Coated Flapjack Bites

Gotta try these one of a kind flapjack bites!!

Per bite - I made 24 (3x8)

"The oats are mixed with peanut butter, whey protein and oat milk to create the perfect but clean flapjack. That gooey mixture is then flattened out and topped with a perfectly melted Nutella sauce!"

Ingredients: 70 ml of oat milk 100g of melted peanut butter 3 scoops of vanilla whey protein 200g of oats 3 tbsp of nutella 1 tsp of coconut oil Almond flakes ___ Method: Mix oat milk, melted peanut butter & whey protein together. Then add oats Once mixed, grease a baking dish/ tray and line with grease proof paper Add mixture to baking dish and flatten out Boil saucepan of water and place heat proof dish on top. Melt tsp of coconut oil in dish then add Nutella Once the Nutella is melted and silky smooth, add to flapjack mixture and spread out evenly Top with melted peanut butter and flakes almonds Refrigerate for up to two hours before slicing up and devouring
