For me, I LOVE full body workouts because why not?!

* Dips & hip thrusts - 25 lbs

10 reps x 4 sets

* Incline push ups - body weight

10 reps x 4 sets

* One legged knee raises - 25 lbs

8 reps each leg x 4 sets
