* 180 degree jump squats & bosu ball burpees
10 reps both x 4 sets
* Star jumps & bosu ball toe taps
5 reps & 10 sec x 4 sets
* One legged bosu ball lunges
10 reps each leg x 4 sets
* Bosu ball frog jumps
10 reps x 4 sets
