* Close legged incline calf raises - 20 lbs

10 reps x 4 ets

* Raised toe taps - body weight

45 seconds x 4 sets

* Box jump squats - body weight

8 reps x 4 sets

* One legged lunge - 20 lbs

8 reps each leg x 4 sets
