Try this delicious mango smoothie bowl. It's rich in Omega 3!

"I got one of these smoothie bowls at the local juice shack, so I thought I would make my own. Try it!"

Ingredients:

200g of frozen mango

1/2 a small banana

150ml of non-dairy milk

1 tbsp of maple syrup

1 scoop of vegan protein blend

1 tbsp of vegan liquid omega

Handful of ice

Optional toppings: blueberries, raspberries, mango, chia seeds and flaked almonds
