Blueberry Jam Muffins

These muffins are a great high protein way to start your day!

Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of baking powder
100g of Greek yogurt
2 servings of vanilla whey
1 tbsp of honey
150g of oats
75 of milk (any milk of your choice)
50g of blueberries
25g of blueberry jam

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 F
In a large bowl, mix together banana and egg
Add cinnamon, baking powder, Greek yogurt and whey protein
Mix that together and then add honey, oats and milk (mix well)
Fill 6 muffin cups to roughly halfway with the mixture
Add blueberries and blueberry jam
Fill muffin cups up to just below the brim with the remaining mixture and decorate with blueberries
Bake muffins for 30 mins
Remove and allow to cool for 10 mins before eating
