High Protein Waffles

You may have seen healthy protein waffles before but you've never seen healthy protein waffles like this!

For 1/4 of the stack:
Cals - 352
Carbs - 38g
Protein - 20g
Fat - 13g
"Golden and crisp on the outside, white and fluffy on the inside... layers of melted dark chocolate, a mixed berries sauce and Greek yogurt bringing that juiciness!"
Ingredients: (per 3 waffles)
100g oat flour (blended oats)
40g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
15g coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla whey protein
150g Greek yogurt
1 egg
125ml of any milk

Mixed berry sauce:
150g mixed berries
1 tbsp honey
Squeeze of lemon
Splash of water
70g dark chocolate (melted)

Method:
Mix all waffle batter ingredients in a mixing bowl and leave to sit
Heat berries, honey, lemon and water in small saucepan (stir well)
Turn heat up high and continue stirring until the fruit breaks down to make a sauce
Preheat waffle maker to about 3/4 heat
Spray non-stick spray and pour batter into waffle maker, cook for 4 mins
Repeat twice to make three waffles
Create your stack with melted dark chocolate, mixed berry sauce, and Greek yogurt
