High Protein Summer Fruits Parfait

Summer fruits paired with homemade maple syrup granola

Carbs - 32g

Protein - 31g

Fat - 12g

"This yummy breakfast snack is light, super clean, easy to make and packs a whopping 31g of protein!"

Ingredients:

450g of 5% fat Greek yogurt

2 scoops vanilla whey

Any mixed berries (I used blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries)

Homemade Granola ingredients:

120g oats

1 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp of coconut oil (melted)

25g flaked almonds

1 tsp ground cinnamon

___

Method:

Preheat oven to 350 F

Mix granola ingredients together in bowl

Spread granola over tray lined with grease proof paper and bake in oven 15 mins

Mix Greek yogurt and whey in a bowl

Mash mixed fruits in a bowl

Stack that bad boy up and drizzle maple syrup over the top
