Breakfast Pizza

I've combined some brunch classics with some healthy homemade pizza and sauce for the ultimate breakfast pizza

1/4 of the pizza

Cals - 283

Carbs - 44g

Protein - 17g

Fat - 11g

"Cannot stress how nice and fresh this pizza was and very low cal for a pizza! I'd suggest making this and keeping it in the fridge for a snack in between meals."

Ingredients:

Broccoli florets

100g of smoked salmon

60g of feta cheese

Watercress, spinach & rocket salad

___

Tomato Sauce: 400g of Italian chopped tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic (chopped) Salt, pepper & Italian herbs seasoning

Base:

75g of plain flour + 75g if whole wheat flour + 7g of yeast + 80 ml of water

(Lightly flour board when rolling)

___

Method:

Set oven to 375 F

Bake for 10 mins without egg, then five mins with egg
