* Lay down squats - 150 lbs
8 reps x 4 sets
* Box jumps deep squat - body weight
12 reps x 4 sets
* One legged raised lunges - body weight
10 reps each leg x 4 sets
* Deadlift butt squeeze - 50 lbs
12 reps x 4 sets
