This HIT exercise is a little more advanced, get ready to burn!

* Outward legged box jumps

10 reps x 4 sets

* Raised toe taps

45 sec x 4 sets

* Side to side box jumps

10 reps x 4 sets

* Burpees

10 reps x 4 sets

* Side toe taps

* 30 sec each leg x 4 sets

* Box jump deep squats

10 reps x 4 sets

* One legged hip thrusts

10 reps each leg x 4 sets

* Step overs

45 sec x 4 sets

* Raised curtsy lunges

10 reps each leg x 4 sets
