If you're used to basic machines, this is definitely a leg day go-to
* Leg press - 100 lbs
15 reps x 4 sets
* Single leg side press - 15 lbs
10 reps each leg x 4 sets
* Leg press calf raises - 100 lbs
15 reps x 4 sets
* Leg extension - 45 lbs
12 reps x 4 sets
* Leg curl - 45 lbs
12 reps x 4 sets
* Hip adductors - 130 lbs
12 reps x 4 sets
* Hip abductors - 130 lbs
12 reps x 4 sets
