Okay these are a few of my favorite moves (warning: they're killer)
* Pistol squats - 50 lbs
8 reps each leg x 4 sets
* Box jumps - body weight
15 reps x 4 sets
* Deadlifts - 40 lbs
10 reps x 4 sets
* Single leg raises - 40 lbs
8 reps each leg x 4 sets
